Is this safe for window tinting?

Accepted Answer

YES! It is Tint-Safe and is ammonia free (it says it on the label).  I use it for my car all the time and it has tinted windows.  Invisible Glass works great!

does this product have ammonia in it.  One comment says it does and one says it does not

I looked at the label and the only thing it said as far as ingredients is, "contains water and hydrocarbon blend." I will say that "invisible glass" is the ONLY glass cleaner I will use! It takes some elbow grease when you use it the first time because it gets all the prior residue off before it can do its job! Well worth the purchase, I highly recommend!

Is it safe for cleaning gecko tank

Thank you for your question.  Invisible Glass is safe for cleaning fish and gecko tanks.  However, we recommend rinsing with soapy water after use to make sure any residue that may harm the animal is not present.

Will this remove water spots from a windshield?

There are water spots and there are WATER SPOTS. Minimal spots generally found on mirrors, windows, etc. INSIDE a car can be removed with Invisible Glass.  Exterior glass windows, windshields, etc. need more aggressive cleaner, especially if your water is “hard” with minerals that have dried in the sun. Suggest you try white vinegar on towels to dissolve minerals, followed by Invisible Glass. If that doesn’t work, step up to a mild polish like Griot’s Complete Polish, maybe on an orbital polisher, followed by cleaning with Invisible Glass.  Some people claim to use a fine steel wool on the glass, but I’ll pass on that. I do however apply a coat of polymer “wax” like RejeX on the windshield once it’s clean. Far better than Rain-X.
