Will this work well to fill small essential oil glass roller and spray bottles?

Yes, it should work fine. Of course, you'll need to unscrew the roller head, and take off the orifice reducer. Although, I've tried it and the tip of the dropper actually fits into the reducer and I think you might fill a jar without taking off the reducer and do it very carefully through the tip.

Does the black top come off to allow for cleaning?

I did find the 1ml droppers. The top does come off. One has to work steadily and carefully to get it off, but it did come off for me. Best, A

Hi Dee - The bulb is made of rubber - it is slightly textured, kind of grainy surface, rather than smooth. Guessing they did this so it isn't as slippery when wet.

what increments is dropper in? can you dispense .2 ml

The display picture is exactly what the dropper looks like unwrapped. Marks for each .1mL, numbers at .5 and 1mL. You squeeze the black rubbery top to remove air, release to create suction, and gradually squeeze again to dispense liquid. I was able to reliably get .6mL per draw, though getting a full 1mL draw is possible. If youve used a medicine dropper before, this is exactly the same thing.
