For everyone saying it doesn’t work, it does. You need to add some kerosene lighter fluid into the hole. It says it in the product description.

This item is definitely not as advertised! It's not made of metal, except for the inside. It's also very difficult to light! Might be good if you're trying to quit smoking because after striking it 20 times you'll probably forget what you were trying to do in the first place and give up.

the felt on the bottom is ok but would have targeted a non slip material.it is rather light. but all in all not to shabby.need to get fluid to try the match, which screws into hole so it won't slip out if moving ashtray.

Lighter part is prone to relighting itself after you blow it out, and try to put it back in well. Very dangerous. You think is out and it lights up again. Long long delivery time. Nothing good to say, seems much cheaper in construction than advertised.

You get what you paid for. I read a lot of reviews saying it only lights once and I was a little worried but as long as you add lighter fuel it'll last quite a while. The plastic trim is cheap but overall I'm satisfied.
