It arrived in one day & I have used it probably close to 10 times without issue. They contacted me, took responsibility & made things right with me. That’s how it you become a leading business. Thank you very much!!Here I am in need of my vehicle lifted to change my tire, NOPE! The jack worked for maybe 1 minute. Now nothing. I’ve been trying it again & again as well as let it sit over the last hour. Nothing. Tire pump & the light work not the jack. This has left me stranded. Unbelievable! It’s hot & this is super frustrating.Thanks so much!

Bought it for less that two years and used it less than 10 times, the jack stop working. I expect it last much longer than that.above was my previous comments. But I later found out that is just a connection issue. I made a tiny repair and it works great again. Used it many times now, everything work great, include the light, air pump.

I Purchased this Jack before taking a vacation to New Mexico. I was pulling a fifth wheel camper and a flatbed trailer with an ATV on it. I ended up having a blowout on the flatbed trailer but had planned for this to happen. I brought along a 12volt jump pack and used it as my power source to operate the jack knowing the cord wouldn’t reach a 12 volt outlet. The jack worked like a champ and with a cordless impact I had it changed in a flash. It small so finding a place to store it was easy. I haven’t used the air compressor yet but did connect it to the spare tire I put on to check it’s air pressure.

Got this as a replacement to a replacement. Brought another similar type one of these late last year. Needless to say, it was stolen out of my SUV while at a dealership. Brought a 4 ton brand name (Feline, Yellow) type to replace the stolen one. THAT ONE FAILED MISERABLY!!! So Amazon went above and beyond to help with a refund since it was past the return deadline date. But you don't really need something UNTIL it's NEEDED!!! My fault....should have tested it when it arrived. So I ended up buying this one to replace the Yellow Feline one. And low & behold... I used it on my 1 day off to help lift my SUV to install rock lights. All I can say is... I think I made a wise decision. This 5 ton 12V lift did the job effortlessly. Kinda slow on the rise, but it did lift my vehicle and held fast while off the ground. I'm happy with this purchase. Hope it holds it's weight (no pun intended) for the next time it's called for.

This thing claims it can lift 5 tons.I don't know if I'm willing to try to lift 10,000 lbs with this. Made of plastic and sub standard steel materials. It had a difficult time just trying to lift one rear corner of a front wheel drive sedan. Which is probably less than 1000 lbs. The compressor and hose got so hot I think it gave me first degree burns just trying to put air in 1 tire that wasn't even on the car. This is more of a novelty than a serious tool.

Jack works well out of the gate then fails got stuck in the air will not lower other than by manual release port which is so inaccessible you can't get to it when the unit is in use. And now as everybody video will not even lift the weight of a human being? We'll see what company has to say but their initial response was operator error which is presumptuous pretty presumptuous when is Think So cheaply made to assume that it's the operator and not the unit the fails we'll see if they do the right thing and just exchange the unit

The media could not be loaded. This works like a charm. I can’t get a normal hydraulic jack under a Tesla Model S so use a very heavy Pittsburgh jack. This baby saves my back and this thing can come in the car.

I'm a Mobile mechanic.This Saves me so much time and energy having to carry a hydraulic jack around.It saves space because of the container.Ive lifted aSUVs Silverado trucks up no problem.Make sure your car battery is not about to fail and this jack will be perfect.
