Very tasty, the fennel taste is very light and not over powering. Just a lovely tasting product.

Excellent quality, as with all this company’s products. An intriguing blend of fennel, cabbage, fennel, carrot and fennel. Which is great if you really love fennel. An interesting change from the more subtle and integrated tastes of their other unpasteurised sauerkraut products. Well and securely packaged, with fast delivery.

I’ve bought from this company since their first start up. Their original sauerkraut was more sour which we liked but this is also very tasty. It is nice they now ferment different mixes. It’s expensive to buy but we are supposed to eat just a small amount anyway so a jar lasts a while and it is a lovely flavour. I would recommend this raw sauerkraut for flavour and quality!

I was really sceptical about this because I have tried many many things but boy this really helped me to level my gut health, started bit by bit then after a week I ate more of it and I ended getting a Spon almost every meal. Sunny side eggs with dab of guacamole and this on top OMG.

This is usually of great quality with a great taste, but this time the seal was broken when they arrived and it had seeped out in transit. I then had to go through an unnecessary number of hoops to get a refund. It's a shame because I would have bought this again, but getting the run around has put me off doing so again.

I really enjoyed this product, it was much more tangy than I expected, but that was a plus for my taste. The cost makes it more of a treat than a daily go-to though.

Absolutely disgusting the taste of fennel is so overwhelming! So many other nicer sauerkraut options available Avoid!!

A little expensive (hence the 4 star instead of 5). Delicious, fresh and definitely worth it if you can afford it. The texture is both soft and crunchy, cabbage sliced in thicker strands. It smells as good as it tastes (love the fennel), the ingredients are clean. Digestion feels wonderful after eating this so I would say a very healthy and delicious product to use as a snack or starter.

Endlich habe ich fermentierte Lebensmittel gefunden, die auch wirklich ''lebendig'' und nicht pasteurisiert sind. Die Lieferung war superschnell (gestern Abend bestellt, heute Mittag bekommen). Ich esse diesen Sauerkraut einfach roh oder als Beilagensalat mit etwas Zwiebel, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl. Die darin enthaltenen gute Bakterien helfen mir dabei, meine Darmflora aufzubauen.

This product is not for people who have any type of stomach problems or are on a low acid diet such as myself. Product was as described by the seller. Otherwise, delivery was on time arrived before 24/9, courier was courteous & product was as described by the seller.

Sehr, sehr lecker!! Gute Quität, angenehmer Geschmack mit einer leichten Kümmelnote. Der Preis ist angemessen. Ich werde es wieder kaufen.

The lid was not tightly closed. There was vinegar everywhere!!!! Will not buy it again. I'm also disappointed because when requesting a refund, it requires you to send it back (even when it is clearly faulty!). I cannot get to the post office to return it.
