There is only so much that one can say about bike chain lube. This Cylion Bicycle chain lube is pretty nice. One of the keys to getting proper lubrication on your bike chain is to start out with a clean chain, so make sure that you spend a little time and get that chain cleaned up. The first time I cleaned my bike chain i was very surprised at how much gunk and grime was stuck in that chain. I use break cleaner to get it real good and clean, when it is clean you should be able to tell a difference in lots of that noise you may have heard before. Now you can get that chain lubed up and ready for use.I have for a long time used regular teflon chain lube. It works well but after a few rides it does allow dust to gather in the chain and parts. W-D-40 and other spray lubes are not good. they dry out fast and attract lots of dusts and dirt.A quick test on the fingers and the Cylion lube is not as slick and not really greasy feeling. Putting it on the chain lube on is as easy as anything else. it flows with a lot more control then teflon lubes so you do not waist as much. Teflon lube i feel like i waist cause i am pretty much spraying it on the floor. It does have a Handy attractive gear looking lube nozzle but it was hard to use. It does not spin with the chain easy enough to use. this is really the only downfall and the reason i only gave it 4 stars.I received this chain lube at a discount in exchange for a honest review of it. the review is based on my opinion only. This is a high performance bike oil especially made for racing and long distant riding in extreme weather. With that said, it's a wet oil made for biking in wet weather because of the way the oil repels water. It does repel water very well and though I do a lot of my biking on the streets where it doesn't rain a lot this oil works exceptionally well. I don't know if I would take it on the dirt, it being a wet oil but for my type of riding this oil works great. I had a little trouble using the application gear spindle but once I got going most of it, almost all of it, got directly on the chain where I wanted it and not on everything else. This impressed me very much because if you go and compare with other brands, some are really good lubes and you get more oil, but in the long run you get a lot less for your money because most of it don't get on the chain and that's money thrown away. Before I would use this product I would degrease the chain to take off all the dirt and grit that would eventually wear your chain down but your gears also due to friction, then put this chain lube on and your good to go! And If your thinking, " I don't have a high end racing bike, mine didn't cost very much and would this be worth buying"? I would definitely say yes. Use this oil lube on your chain and you will definitely feel a difference in your ride. Now I was given this product at a discount to review and I am giving you my honest opinion on this product hoping it will help you in keeping your bike in great shape for the years of riding ahead of you.

Okay – so, it’s a chain lubricant – not that exciting. . . But for those of us that rely and depend on our bikes for everyday transportation, it is a must have and essential tool in the maintenance kit! I ride a single-speed, so fortunately, I’m not lubricating a bunch of derailleurs or gears (thank god!) but, I do regularly clean and lube my chain and freewheel. Cylion claims all of these fancy “super durable high viscosity synthetic oils, special polymers, anti-wear additives, and friction modifiers” – I’m sure they all exist, because my chain has a classy wet/lubricated look and purrs through the pedaling. The added gear nozzle cap is an extremely nice addition and saves a ton of lubricant from dripping all over the place (I would most often better lubricate the ground than my chain previously!) Get it – you’ll be happy you did.

This chain lube is pretty nice.First off, I am not a bicyclist. I have just recently taken to the hobby as a more efficient way to get around the city. I have never cleaned or oiled a bike chain before; I was surprised at how much difference it made in my ride.All of the other bike lubes I have seen are just a squirt bottle, this one also has the cool applicator gear. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The gear on the bottle turned easily and worked very well.I have put roughly a dozen miles on my bike since I lubed it, and the chain is still relatively clean and still operates smoothly.I purchased this product at a discount for testing purposes; all opinions expressed are my own and were solely based on the product itself.

This Lubricant work really well. Odorless, easy to use. You don't need a lot to get it done .It has a application head so it is mess free and it doesn't go to waste. Great Bicycle Chain Lubricant Oil. I love how this bike chain oil is applied straight from the bottle. It is very easy and the oil goes exactly where ist is supposed to go.
