Biddeford Blankets Polyester Electric Heated Mattress Pad with Analog Controller, Queen, White

I have been using the same name brand but the more expensive version. I have a smart house but the bed would not work because it was digital. I needed a new heated matress pad to replace the other one after my dog thought it was desert. I boght this cheaper one because of the power box. It has an on off switch! Yes it does, now I can have Alexa turn the bed on and off without me moving a finger. Now on the otherside of things..those little wires. I could feel them in the old one and since it was 3 ti.es more exoensive, I thought this gonna be like laying on sticks I bet. I was actually considering plugging this box into my old pad. However, I gave it a try. Perfect, so much better than the other. It is smooth and you donot feel any wires at all. Honestly, this is like winning the lottery!

So last year at the beginning of the cold season, I purchased one of these. I've never felt so cozy. I tend to suffer poor circulation to my feet and they usually remain cold much longer than the rest of me once I am buried under my blankets. My feet have been toasty warm in bed ever since. Now after a week of having this amazing contraption (which still works beautifully, and machine washable darling), I convinced my sister to get one for herself as well. Now, she prefers her upper body to be warmer than the rest of her and after reading some of the other reviews she decided to put it on with the bottom at the top. She plugged it in, put her sheets and blankest on, flipped it on, twirled it to high, got into bed, and promptly fell asleep while in the middle of trying to plug her phone in. Once or twice during the night, she managed to fight her way out of the all encompassing warmth that was now her bed, but each time she only managed to start reaching for her phone plug before being dragged back under. She finally woke up in the morning with a dead phone and a strong disinclination to get out of bed despite the "Mommy! It's wake up time!" So in conclusion, thank you biddeford and amazon for incapacitating us in the wintertime.

Died after less than a month of use. Bought in September and not immediately installed so I can't return to Amazon. Emailed customer service when I first started acting up and they told me to call the 800 number for faster service that was 11 days ago. I figured out something that would make it work so I didn't call right away. Call today they're closed for the holiday and not open until the next business day which means I can't get a hold of them until Monday. This isn't very good customer service.I need this product because it helps stop my muscles from cramping, I like it better than using a heating pad and it's safer for my skin. Then to learn and the questions that they take four to eight weeks to ship you a replacement... I didn't see that before.It also constantly pops off the mattress which is very annoying and can be time consuming to deal with.

Excellent blanket for the money. Evenly heated across the pad. This heated mattress pad gets nice and warm. This is my first Biddeford purchase, but not my last. My previous mattress pad was a sunbeam, and as most sunbeams go, I lost heat on one side fairly fast. This Biddeford is staying consistent. I use mine every night. I’ve already purchased three more and given as gifts. They were an absolute hit, by the way.

The worst heated mattress pad I’ve owned, and I’ve owned many. It’s really uncomfortable for starters - like lying on cardboard, crunchy plastic sound. I have no idea how fabric can possibly manage to be that uncomfortable, yet it is. It worked twice, and hasn’t worked since. Stuffing it back into the box for the return has been a nightmare as it was machine folded and crammed into a tiny box. Bonne chance, UPS.Update: I forgot that I bought two of these. My daughter didn't want the second, so I just broke it out to put on my bed to replace the replacement mattress pad which also broke. Half of this blanket works, and the other does not. Terrible quality control. I tried to reset by unplugging, replugging, then flipping the on switch, which does work. But it stops working at random times, and I had to get out of bed to reset it. I threw it out.

I ordered this for my camper but I ordered the wrong size (it's a new camper). When we opened it on our camping trip (about 3 weeks after I had ordered it) I realized I ordered the wrong size for our bed. I got online to try to return it and I was told it was outside the return window. I'm sure it works fine but I have no bed it would fit and it's crazy frustrating to not be able to return a product you've never used and could be resold to someone it would actually work for. So it gets a bad review for them not being willing to return it or replace it with a larger size that would actually fit (they would have made more money too as the larger size costs more) their loss I guess.

First of all, this pad is too big and does not fit snugly on top of the mattress. It wrinkles up and makes a crinkling plastic sound. The wires can easily be seen and felt through the pad. The blocks where the controls plug in to the pad are on the top of the pad, about 6 inches inward diagonally from the lower corners and they're about 1/2 high, square plastic and sharp. If you like to sleep on your stomach, or toss and turn at night, you will catch you toe on the connector and be in pain and angry. Whoever designed this should be forced to sleep with on one.

Good value for money spent. It’s a little thin but we have sturdy sheets over it. My hubby sleeps very cold so this suits him well. I like the wide range of settings so that I can keep my side cooler

Pad doesn't get hot enough, have to have it on for 3 hours to warm the bed and then if is spotty with the heat. Very disappointed in this product

the product was nice but had insects which i feel typical chinese qualityplease have quality control done
