reverse sticky side
As with the film they shipped me, is in a tube/roll of itself. So when I applied a piece of it, I used the inside part of the film to be the bottom, as every roll of tape is applied. The yellow film is rolled in the opposite way, so it's not intuitive on which side has the glue on it. In fact, it's the opposite. Only after I cut my first shape and applied it did I realize the sticky side is on the outer side of the roll of film. So, if you're planning on getting this test both sides prior to cutting in case they reverse the packaging (rolling up) proceedure to match what every other roll of tape is like. To clarify, the roll is 3 layers. The outer layer that wraps around the outside of the roll is the sticky side and is protected by an invisible thin layer of clear wrap. The inside layer also has a protective film and was not sticky. My first application failed due to thinking the inside of the roll was the sticky side. So, as you unravel the roll. and peel off a layer of protective film (one from each side) you will be able to feel the sticky side. This is probably why some people didn't give it stars and for that I might even agree b/c imo the sticky side should be on the inside as it is with literally every roll of tape I've ever used. Knowing this should help your project be successful. I put this film on two fog lights and after many snows and much driving in hail and heavy rain the film is still intact without any failure to notice. There's a clear layer of protective film on both sides and in my roll, the sticky side is on the outside part, so I wasted a bit of it. hints: Clean every surface with alcohol and keep any fans or moving air to a minimum. Use nitrile/rubber gloves if possible. This will allow you to touch the sticky side with a better chance of keeping it clean. Cut a larger than needed piece and work in a warm place or use a space heater or heat-gun/hair dryer. I cleaned the surface with alcohol and ensured the surface was clean and dry prior to any work. Also put the film in front of a space heater for about 10-15 seconds to warm it up as it was tightly rolled up and curly. This step relaxed the curl a little bit but didn't flatten it. Don't over heat it, just warm it up a little bit. It will become 50% more pliable in a few seconds. Next step was getting the sticky side protective layer started (about 10%) and after it was applied to my lens I then put the project in front of the space heater again (10 sec) and continued to roll my thumb from the attached side all the way through the entirety of the lens while smooshing out any chance of air bubbles and simultaneously peeling off the protective layer underneath. It went on perfect and I then rolled my thumb from the center towards each edge to keep air bubbles out. After it was all in place, I checked each corner, and put the project in front of the space heater for 15 seconds to activate and set any glue to get it warm and then set the lights on a table. I continued on one light to remove the outer side protective (clear) layer but left it on the 2nd light b/c it's clear, and it's more rock protection. So why not keep it on? Final results are a set of flood lights that were glaringly blue/white to be a (still glaringly bright but) softer yellow light that I am content with. It took longer than I expected, and I could've rushed it but taking a little more time and effort wasn't more than I was willing to risk for failure. PROS; price/value, and the film appears very durable. The vinyl is also thicker than I expected and while rigid (b/c it's very cold here) became pliable after it warmed up with the heater. To a soft jelly feel. CONS: I wish the sticky side protective film was easier to identify (because I had it backwards as it is the opposite of how rolls of tape work), and also wish it was easier to peel up the protective clear films. I had to use the edge of a *new razor and it took a while to get it free. I suppose I could've used two bits of scotch tape but just thought of that now. Overall, I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone who has patience and attention to details that are required to achieve a desired result. Beware: there are two separate sides of protective clear film, and in my case, the sticky side was on the opposite side of what is normally found with literally every roll of tape.

great tint, easy to apply even for a beginner!
As others have mentioned, the tint comes rolled up with creases. There are two clear protective layers, one on the adhesive side and one on the non adhesive side. Once I removed both protective layers, the crease were no longer visible.I prepped the fog light lenses by wiping it down with alcohol, I then sprayed plenty of water and soap mixture to the lenses to help apply and adjust the tint.I used a rubber spatula along with a credit card to smooth out the bubbles while applying heat with a hair dryer. The process did not take more than 20 minutes to complete for both lenses. My first time applying tint to my lights and it was much easier than I thought.good tint at a reasonable price, definitely will buy again.

Decent
It is sticky tad difficult to get the bubbles out but works well

Took a few tries, but worth it!
I wanted the “amber orange” look for my fog lights, and like others have said, it is yellow, but I did 2 layers and it turned out just how I wanted it.

Pretty good so far
I put the film on the headlights of my Mini Clubman early in the summer, and it has stood up pretty well against all the heat, rain, et cetra of summer. No fade in the film.My only word of caution for potential users who haven't worked with film before, have an extra pair of hands or two, and a hair dryer handy. I imagine application would have been a lot easier on a flatter surface, but the Mini's headlight covers are super curved (things you don't realize to you are doing something to them). The extra hands and hair dryer (on a low setting) would help stretch the film smooth. Doing it as one person, I had some krinkles on the edges I just couldn't avoid. That said, the color is great, and looks awesome on a silver car. I am looking forward to see how it stands up to winter.

Good product but not the color they advertised
Pro: Pretty good sh*t I’m not gonna lie. I made it easier to install on my fog lights by using a blow dryer to soften and stretch out the bubbles.Con: the images they posted makes it look more dark orange which I was going for with my Tacoma cuz it has orange running lights but in reality the tint is more of a dull/light yellow. Still looks cool but wasn’t what I was going for

Good for the value, super hard if it's your first time.
Ok this is my first time wrapping. This was a wet wrap for a 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium. The films were just short on covering both headlights. I had to use some waste wrap for one of the sides to finish. The wrap has 2 plastic coverings. 1 is covering the sticky side and the other to cover the gloss. This was super hard to use to cover the lights since mine are protrudes and indents. I'll be going with air-tint next time.

Heat is a must!
Solid product for the price. You will definitely need heat to get it to contour correctly. I applied a layer to my glass lensed fog lights to prevent rock chips and cracking. Its nearly impossible to avoid some air bubbles, so if you are looking for a show quality finish you might want to try a different product. For a daily driver where you are looking for some added protection with a little color change on your vehicle give it a try.
