It works if bladders don’t leak.
The slumberBump works well to keep me on my side when sleeping. This helps to control my sleep apnea. The bladders are a problem because they develop pinhole leaks at the seams, go flat, and cease to prevent back position sleeping. Have had to purchase several replacement bladders.

Numerous Bladder Leaks
Bladders develop pin holes at strengthening ribs. They acknowledge the issue with supposed new design underway. They stopped sending replacements. State I am out of 6 month warranty. I have sent 2 back to them and offered on other occasions to send back other failures.Fixed one pin hole with bike tube patch from Walmart, 2 days later another pin hole developed at other end of bladder. At $19 each they should replace at no cost until new design available.
