perfect. Lets see how it holds up!
I saw a couple other reviews saying it cracks if youre not careful. It arrived in the mail tightly rolled, so I patiently unraveled it. Its aluminum, so it will unravel -- just do it slowly. (it will crack if it is over manipulated) I cut it to size with tin snips. I secured it to my front lower grill from SWA autosports using 1.8mm black zip ties (Shout out to that one review! the holes are so tiny, no other zip ties fit!). Looks fantastic. Cant wait to mount it to the car!

A strong well made product.
A great front grille replacement. Easy to use and also, easy to cut. I used very light tin snips and it cut like paper. It bent, molded to what I wanted to use it for. I ordered another roll for a future project.

Much better than plastic.
It’s rather thick aluminum mesh. It’ll work great to keep bugs/debris off my radiator/intercooler/oil cooler. It’s pretty easy to trim or cut with an angle grinder or heavy duty scissors. My only complaint it that it’s pretty stiff and is a bit difficult to reshape though that may be a benefit to help it stay in place once it’s on. It looks really good and it being aluminum makes it a good upgrade over plastic grilles. Fit is dependent on how good you are at trimming it. Securing it requires creativity as no hardware is included at all, I personally drilled small holes in my bumper and used small black zip ties and it’s holding perfectly.

I actually really love this stuff.
This was exactly what I needed for my build. The mesh is sturdy and flexible enough to trim to size for different bumper openings, and it doesn’t feel cheap or overly flimsy. It provides a clean, finished look while still protecting the radiator and intercooler area from debris. I liked that there were plenty of pieces in the pack — 100 is more than enough for multiple projects or future repairs. Cutting and shaping the mesh was straightforward with basic tools, and it held its shape well after installation.

Stiff, but easy to cut and looks factory if done right!
Very nice, stiff protective screening for my radiator, oil cooler and air conditioning cooler. People on the Santa Cruz forum were complaining that when a rock hit any of the above it was a $1,800 replacement cost that was not covered under warranty. So at the recommendation of others I got 2 sheets of this in the 4x8 rhombic size. I didn't install it like others, zip tying it either on the outside or the inside of the grill like so many others. I'm not doing that to $40,000 new car! I watched a YouTube video on how to take the front end with installed grills off my car. being very careful it took me 45 minutes and the whole front end was laying on the grass in front of the car. It was then very easy, with regular scissors, to cut the screening to fit the back side of the grill. I left tabs on the screen where I saw screws on the back side that held grill in place. I then back the screws out one by one and screed them back in first through the screen tab then back in the hole holding the grill in place. That held the screening in place against the back of the grill. Start to finish, in my driveway, It took me 4 hours, which was well worth it, to get a factory looking job. The tools I used to do this were a small flathead screwdriver for the plastic pop fasteners, a 10 mm socket for the eight bolts, a pair of scissors for cutting the screen and a Phillips head screwdriver for attaching it to the existing screws holding the grill in place. I did have some concern when I finished because it looked so beautifully black with very little silver aluminum radiator showing, that maybe too much of the airflow would be blocked by the screening... I can tell you that this is absolutely NOT the case! We've had heat indexes over 105 degrees the last few days and I've driven the car around town, on the highway and sat in it parked on a blacktop parking lot with the air conditioning running for over an hour and the engine temperature gauge is exactly where it has always been, just a hair under mid-range. I have not seen the slightest change!

Unconventional use
I used these behind my custom air return vents. I had bought decorative air return vents and it allowed enough visibility through the vent that you could see the wall and studs behind it, ruining the appearance. I had tried regular window screening but it was too curly and flimsy to allow for a clean tight appearance. I cut the mesh down to fit behind the vents and it obscured it perfectly while still allowing airflow. It's thicker but still cuttable with scissors, and easy to unroll and reshape.

Good for the price
It is a nice product for the price, but it cannot be completely flat to install in a car.

Perfekt! Würde ich wieder kaufen

rolled mesh is rubbish
If you want a flat finish you won’t get it, all wavy and that makes it very cheap looking. Finish of several spots is not perfect from the press. Very expensive for what you get and if a show car don’t bother.

Un acierto en aluminio
Ha sido un acierto decantarme por este material. Cierto que al venir en un rollo, es algo dificil de dejarlo plano, pero con calma se logra. Y lo importante, es que es de material inoxidable.
