Which point in my face routine do I use this? After cleanser & toner but before moisturizer?

I use this on a clean skin. Do not put moisturizer or anything else on top. Let the white stuff dry and keep it on overnight.

as far as I know it is. Works great!

Salicylic acid- what percentage is in it ?

Not sure but it does have 10% sulfur paste and the salicylic acid is towards the end of ingredients so imagine not too much. Most important thing is when you use not to shake the bottle.
