Great product
Great product, allows me to use some old but good quality lenses on new camera. I will forgo some of the automatic functions with the old lenses but it expands lens ranges available, automatic functions available on 'main use' lens but this product saves money now I don't need to buy other lenses for one off requirements

Works as advertised
Bought last minute as was unable to get hold of the official Canon RF - EF electronic adapter. This product works exactly as expected and after using the official adapter I would still take this one due to the higher build quality.

So disappointed :(
Was really excited to get hold of this reasonably priced adapter for my new R6 but it’s not working at all and not allowing the shutter to be released either. Will be returning for a refund shortly. :(

Great adaptor, for manual lenses.
This is a good adaptor, which fits well, but is only meant to be used with manual lenses, which have both manual focus and aperture controls. You can use this with auto aperture lenses, but your camera will default to the maximum aperture if used.

Nice item
Very nice item, really well presented and packed. On my Minolta MD lens, the adapter connected just fine but the last part of the turn to secure the lens was a very tight fit. So be wary when fitting as this may happen to you. Once attached to the adapter, the lens works really well on my Canon R6. Recommended item.

Welcome back all of my Zukio lenses
One of the things I have missed since going digital years ago is my old manual Zukio lenses. OK not great for everyday use now but really clear for landscape and some close in work where AF is more of a hinderance than a benefit. The main thin is they fit and lock into place accurately and the focal backspacing is correct. A nice adaptor.

Old glass back to life
Bought it for a 40 year old Vivitar FD17mm, which proved as good as Canon's £300 RF16mm, and ready to use it on a 45yo Canon FD50mm 1.8.While the 50mm will be tricky to focus accurately, the 17mm can be set at F/8 and 4ft, and everything from 2ft to infinity will be in focus!

Very solid, but why no caps?
This is a very solid feeling adapter and gave a very good fit between my Canon EOS R camera and vintage M42 lens. But they did not provide caps on the front and back of the adapter... why?! This means it will fill with dust if you don't keep it in the original box, and when you take your normal lens off your camera you have to hunt around for a back cap to keep the dust out of that. For an expensive adapter that's unnecessarily annoying that they didn't include a couple of plastic caps. I bought caps separately but it makes the whole package a LOT more expensive.
