Bad Business Practices - Nice shoes though
My husband wanted shoes for Christmas. He said size 43 or about a 9. So I ordered a 9. When they came in, I tried them on and they fit me so I knew they wouldn’t fit him. After a bit of research on other suckers show listings, I found that a 43 was the equivalent of a 9.5. Ok so I ordered a 9.5 immediately but they wouldn’t get here by Christmas so I didn’t start the return in this pair yet so that my husband would have something to open.Anyway long story short...I was honest about what had happened explaining that I had already purchased replacements. I willingly paid the $6 to send back. Just got my refund and they took out a $10 Restocking fee. So the good deal that these shoes were ended up costing me the same as if I had purchased them somewhere else. Now yes...it does say they might charge a restocking fee but seriously. I have an e-commerce business myself. If I have a stock item and a customer simply ordered the wrong size and purchased another (which IMO is easier than an exchange process) then just give a full refund. It’s just part of doing business in the e-commerce world. I won’t ever buy from this seller again.Btw...my husband does love the shoes so this review is really more about the seller and not the product b

4.5 * Very good, but take some breaking in
I got these shoes to use with my new Peloton, with an eye toward maybe using them on my road bike in the future. They run a little snug. I was concerned I should have gone a half size up when I first got them. Being a veteran of breaking in hockey skates, I decided to stick with them for a while, and I'm glad I did.I switched out the standard pedals on the Peloton with Shimano pedals so my wife could use her spin shoes with the bike. The Giros can handle both, which is one of the reasons I got them. I tried the Deltas first, and they were fine. I'm too new to this to notice any difference between the two clip types. I did notice that for the first three weeks, I needed to tighten the cleats on the shoes before EVERY ride. I thought maybe something was wrong with the receivers on the shoe, but after three weeks they've been staying snug. I still check before each ride, but no problems for the last two weeks.I don't have wide feet, but the shoes are a little narrow at the ball of my foot. Using them for a hour a day has mostly solved this problem for me. Overall I'd say the shoes run just a touch small. I bought the same size I normally get for shoes and wish I had gone a half size up. I think that would have given my toes some room to wiggle without making the shoes sloppy on my feet. Impossible to know without trying though.Overall, I'm really happy with them. I'm a big guy and sole stiffness was a bit of a concern going in. I've done some hill climbs out of the saddle where I'm really pushing, and I can feel the sole holding up under my foot. There is no flex at all. I don't feel like I'm losing any energy in the transfer from my foot to the pedal. I'm very pleased with the performance. Granted, I'm a novice here so take that for what it's worth.I've been riding for about an hour a day for 5 weeks now using these shoes. They've only gotten better as they've gotten broken in, and I better understand them. They may not have been the beginners' shoe, but I'm happy with them. I bought on Giro's reputation for high quality bike equipment and I've not been disappointed.

Good shoe, hard to find during COVID
My family bought a Peloton for the pandemic and I didn't realize how hard it was to find cycling shoes right now. I bought a pair of Shimano's but they were way too tight and small even though I bough the same size I use for my mtn bike shoe. I ended up getting the same size in the Giro, 45 and fit perfectly. I normally wear a 10.5 sneaker and my fee are two different sizes. The 45 was large enough and had enough flex to fit my wider feet. This shoe also has a split tongue that is free floating, that helped alot too with no pain near the front of my ankle. The Shimano's had no separate tongue and didn't realize I did not care for that design until I had it on. Did one ride with these Giro's but so far I would happily buy them again.

Nearly perfect
I wear a size 11 1/2 to 12 (usually 12) M US, sometimes wide, and the 46 (12 US) in this shoe is a perfect fit for me with around a cm of clearance between my 2 longest toes and the end of the shoe. Width is exactly right for me. I also don't like the wind blowing up into my shoe as is typical of so many and while this shoe doesn't make my feet hot, I don't have to put up with a breeze in there. The only complaint I have is that the top strap is right against the front of my ankle. It's not so bad that I can't use them, just enough that I know I'll have to get used to it. My ankles are definitely not slender, though, so it probably won't be an issue for most. I just wish I'd tried these before buying a couple Shimano in size 46 that are actually notably shorter, but I can't return those and now have to try to resell.

Beautiful these Slippers !!!
That beauty!!! I really like these white sneakers! I was looking to buy the Giro Brand in white. I have from other brands. The problem was that I did not know the ideal size for me in Giro. I have Scott size 43, so I went with these in size 9 1/2, in US99 where according to the table they are 43. It was in the price range I was looking for. They looked great on me !! They are very aesthetic, beautiful and comfortable! I use them in road cycling and I put Cleats SPD-SL on it since my pedals are Shimano for Road. I hope to get another blank model similar to these, from the same GIRO Brand.

These are great!!!
I like the Giro Stylus men road cycling shoes. I bought them a size and a 1/2 larger to account for my wider feet. I found out that I probably only needed to go up one size, but they still are comfortable and will accommodate any feet swelling on longer rides.

Didn't Fit as expected
Had to return these... They didn't fit as I expected, and with other bike shoes. They looked great though! Had to get another size.

So far so good...
So far so good with the shoes. I've only used for 1hr to 1hr 30min rides and will be building up to several hour rides at a time but they seem good quality and do exactly what I need.
