Very thin
Smaller and thinner that expected, like a credit card thickness but seems very good quality and no issues so far

Do not recomand
Too small, the blade too thin and much too flexible, the price is definitely too high. The durability of the blade remains to be seen. Overrated.

Handy craftknife
Japanese steel is a thing of wonder..it has personality( if that's possible)!! This wee knife requires new skills to use which a westerner can quickly master Applying cutting force in small areas is the Forte here and the left- handed cutting edge is easily brought back to razor sharpness with judicious use of stone/ diamondstik

Dented handle. So returned
It was really nice picture on website but not good quality. Came with a dented handle most probably it is due to brass. So Returned.

delicate right handed marking knife.
by delicate I dont mean to imply that it will not work or last, more that it is like a scalpel. It is for right handed use, with the square reference edge on the left for running against a rule or square. The whole knife is very light and thin compared with marking knives that I am used to with wooden handles. The blade is about a millimetre thick. The blade is wrapped in a thin (<0.5mm ?) sheet of brass, which is peened onto the blade to grip it (the strange dent in the folded brass edge). The bottom edge of the brass wrap is just folded up, and the ends of the wrap pressed flat. The pictures are very clear and accurate, but it is easy to deceive yourself into thinking that this is much bigger than it is. The whole assembly including folds is only about 2mm thick. It is good that the blade has a cover, as it is razor sharp, and you wouldnt want to leave it in a draw unguarded. I suspect this will sponsor accuracy for some time, but it is a fingertip tool more than a hand tool. A chunky version might suit me better.
