This could be a decent product but it's let down by few issues.Lose tolerances, mean it will rattle if there is no phone ion the cradle. There are at least two parts that don;t fit tight, the back that attaches to the ball screw and the arms, the slop will make it rattle on every bump, very annoying after a while.Height of the bottom lip will prevent using right angle USB connector as you will not be able to put it in or take out with connector attached. I have filed mine down so this can be done.The jury is still out if I'll continue using it or throw it out. The only reason preventing me from switching to the magnet based one is that I want to preserve wireless charging and the metal back plate will not allow that. Well it will charge but due to inductive charging metal plate gets extremely hot.

So far I'm fairly happy with it. It places my phone in a good location, and doesn't seem to be damaging anything wedged in behind the vent covers. The phone position started out very secure, but over a few months of use has begun to dip at times. I can push it back into position so far, but anticipate I'll need to figure out some way to get the ball joint to move less. I can probably add a layer of non-skid tape on the ball before popping it into the socket. It seems fixable, but it is an extra task.

It was very easy to install. It turns in any direction. Securely holds my iPhone Xr, even though my phone has a thick cover on it. x

Cool gadget but the piece that screws it tight was broken :/

When you use a case for the 4A with 5G the case does not fit in the holder

It is wonderful, I just love it
