We liked it. It is really high quality and even if it gets too small for a dog, it can be used as a hiking backpack. Came packed well, inside plastic bag and inside box. All meshes are made from polyester, not from pvc, which was essential for us, as I am very afraid of pvc. Our doggie likes it.It is better to allow your pet to get used to the backpack. We opened it and put there our clothes, so she started to go in and lay there. Only when she became familiar with the backpack and thought of it as one of the options to have a rest and sit in, we started to take the backpack outside, so she would understand that it is one of our bags. And then, when she became too tired of the long walk, we started to suggest sitting there ;)

I've had this bag for awhile now, but just getting around to writing a review after I recently took my dog (10 pound pomeranian chihuahua mix) on a trip to Mexico. That's when I realized how much I loved this bag! For one thing, there are 3 vents on it (front and both sides), but my dog is still basically invisible inside. It doesn't look like a pet carrier, so we can fly under the radar easily. This works great, as my dog doesn't particularly like strangers, so she's able to watch without people trying to engage with her! It's also great because I can put her in the bag if I need to go into a grocery store or something, and no one realizes I have a dog, haha. (I also used this a couple times on buses where pets weren't strictly allowed...shhh).A note on flying with this bag: it met the dimensions for pet carriers on the airlines that I used, but I did run into an issue with one person at United who was hell-bent on telling me it wasn't a "real" pet carrier. Luckily her supervisor came to see it, saw that my dog had the room to move around and the requisite three vents, and approved it. But the original person was very difficult and seemed to think I was trying to get away with boarding a plane after just stuffing my dog into a backpack.It also just has a lot of nice features, with multiple pockets that are well thought out, high quality zippers, and is pretty comfortable/sturdy on the back. I think it's meant for hiking on longer trails with your dog, so it has some of those straps for comfort. All in all, a really great purchase that's super versatile, and that my dog loves too! (One of her cutest tricks is just hopping right in as soon as I put the bag on the ground!)

Acheté il y a un an, ce sac a dos accompagne toutes nos sorties avec orion notre shi tzu. Partis en espagne et au Portugal en avril mai dernier, nous l’avons utilisé pour le train, pour des visites en bateau, visites de monuments et musées et balades dans les grandes villes souvent désagréables pour notre chien qui petit, et qui est à la limite de se faire marcher dessus dans la foule. Depuis octobre orion est aveugle. Le sac sert donc beaucoup plus car nous sommes plus obligé de le porter dès qu’il stresse dans un environnement inconnu.. Bref ce sac a rempli pleinement ses fonctions jusqu’à présent et va certainement les remplir encore car après un an d’utilisation aucune pièce endommagée, la toile n’est pas déformée et le sac ne présente aucun défaut d’usure. les ++++ du sac : les sangles sont aussi confortables que celles d’un sac a dos. Réglables également comme nos sacs a dos. Le chien est confortablement installé (ce week-end pendant une balade, il s’est même mis à ronfler dedans, ce qui indique un sommeil profond, amusant les gens que nous croisions). La position horizontale est très pratique pour les transports. Nous utilisons aussi la poche pour ranger les sangles très pratique elle aussi dans le cas de portage horizontal et rangement du sac. La poche supplémentaire pour nos affaires permet de ranger nos vestes et gourdes et repas pour nous trois pour une balade d’un jour. Donc pas besoin d’un sac supplémentaire, c’est parfait.. le fond plastique assure une rigidité au sac qui le rend plus confortable pour le chien. Il est aussi facile ainsi à nettoyer donc pas de craintes de le poser sur tous les types de sols.Ce sac est cher a l’achat mais il vaut son prix car très bien étudié. Cela faisait longtemps que nous cherchions un article de ce genre ( pas moins de cinq sac de transport achetés qui ont tous présentés des inconvénients et insatisfactions). Nous aurions du l’acheter en premier, cela nous aurait couté moins cher 😂 Bien sur, tout dépend du besoin. Nous en avons un besoin constant, surtout maintenant. Les moins : on en a pas trouvé a ce jour !Achat recommandé pour une utilisation régulière et dans la durée.

Ik heb 2 K9 sportsacks en heb deze de afgelopen 3 jaar met plezier gebruikt. Maar met deze k9 backpack heb veel meer mogelijkheden. Ten eerste zit mijn shiba inu er beter in dan in de K9 sportsack. Ze zit lekker en stevig,ze is ook een flinke shiba (11/12kg) . Heeft genoeg zicht en plaats. Daarnaast is er nog zoveel plek en mogelijkheden om je eigen spullen in te pakken. Perfect voor te hiken! Maar ook om mee te nemen voor een city trip. Goed stevig materiaal, mooi afgewerkt. Tevreden met 5 out of 5 stars!

Very happy with my purchase. my dog loves it when I take him out. he sits comfortably and seems to enjoy the ride. The bottom of the bag is sturdy and strong and does not hurt my back while I'm wearing it.
