Love the product but the straw was broken when the package was opened.

No batteries or information on how to install them
i was disappointed the cup didn't light out of the box. The instructions for replacing the batteries were totally obscured by black nonsense print. Product arrived just in time for toddler's graduation. Nice to hand to a kid and tell her that Pop would have to fix it already

A Delicate Gift
Bought 2 of these for my grandchildren. One mug fell off the counter and cracked so liquid now leaked, making it unusable. I put the other one in the dishwasher and the battery corroded, so no more sparkling/nothing happened when turned on. These are for children and should therefore not be so delicate.

DANGEROUS
These things don’t work properly I purchased one for myself and one for my daughter and the water leaks into the battery area and the flashing LED won’t stop. I feel SUPER UNSAFE being asked to packed and return this item and I don’t even think UPS will accept it with a battery issue like this.

Very cheap
Very poor quality. Within a week of use the light and battery fell out of the bottom. I wouldn't waist your money.

It broke the day we got it and it wasn't a cheap item. I paid almost $13 for it and it was junk. I was very unhappy with it
