A lovely design and excellent storage
Lovely design, not the best quality but priced accordinglyHowever the customer service was excellent, they arranged a exchange within 7 days and answered my queries instantly

Difficult to fit shelf
Nice unit however joints are poorly put together. Shelf was difficult to put on as the screws were not long enough to fit shelf to legs. Only way this could be done was to take washers off. Three screws then fit ok but took almost an hour to fit the last screw as the holes did not aline.

Oak console unit
A very nice console unit I am very pleased with my purchase, exactly as described and came well wrapped, I had a query and contacted the seller direct, Megan was very helpful and dealt with my query very quickly, I would highly recommend. Thankyou so much

The console table was delivered and when i unpacked it i noticed that on two of the legs the thread inserts that take the bolts were oversize and the bolts would not tighten.I called the customer service at Hallowood furniture and the lady after her investigation called back and said she was sorry her companies quality was not up to standard but she could do nothing about it because itwas a FBA item and it was up to Amazon to sort the problem out. I replied that i was surprised that the quality of their furniture was not their problem but she said she would not be able to help. Thank goodness for Amazon superb customer service when i called them they said that they would allow me to return the item with full recompence ,we came to a satisfactory arrangement.Thank you Amazon for your proffesional service and i hope Hallowood improve theirs.

Wow!
Was a little worrid that there were no reviews for this. You will need two people to assemble. Top half is fully assembled on arrival just have to put legs and shelf on. The item is heavy and solid. Well worth the money paid.
