Good Health!
The Essence Alkaline water is the finest drinking water available in my opinion. I drink Ph-10 alkaline water for health reasons. I pour approximately 2 - 4 ounces of either Simply Raspberry Lemonade, or Simply Strawberry Lemonade, in a 20oz drinking glass, or a 30oz thermos jug, then I fill up either container with Essence Ph-10 alkaline water to suit my taste, and my thirst level. Somedays I just need more water, others days a little more sweetness will do, thank you. I try to drink 1 - 2 liters of water daily for improved kidney function and my overall health. This little regime has made my surgeon happy, and has kept me out of the O.R. for a seventh kidney surgery, (Of course other dietary changes may be necessary. For me, it was giving up diet or sugar drinks with phosphoric acid). Here's to your good health, cheers!

I love this water
I love this water. It really does taste better than other bottled water (at least among the brands that I have used). Get some and see for yourself.

This water was really good just wanted to try it on because I do about that other essence water but I am the other essence water is a better value than this one this one it’s far more expensive
