How long can these petals last

They last a long time if stored I a ziplock bag- remove air. Also, you can put them in an airlock container. Keep at room temperature. I’ve had mine for about a year and I’ve had no problems with them!

Can you use these as a garnish in a cocktail?

They're edible so I guess you can. I used them on a cake.
