Perfect part cooling fan for my printer.
I bought 4 different fans for my printer, and it was difficult to find one that cooled without excessive noise. I didn't find it until I changed my power supply to 24v and bought this fan. It blows just the right amount of air and isn't too noisy.

Reversed polarity
Wasted time trouble-shooting why the fans weren't working - coming back to reviews found the solution: reverse the polarity. They initially were pretty quiet at 100%, but whine at anything less... the lower the percent, the louder the whine. I fixed this by changing the PWM frequency in RepRap's config.g to Q25.

good sound levels and air flow but wiring is backwards
so far, I'm happy with the decrease in sound level and the increase in air flow thru my cooling duct, but the first printer I went to put it on, I realized the wiring was backwards. checked my other printers which are different brands/boards and they would be backwards on all of them as well so if you do decide to buy these you will want to release the wires from the plug and swap them before trying to install

Little Whiny, but push decent air
Used on my Ender 3 printhead, for a part fan it works well especially with the blockhead fan mod. The only issue is it whines a little when at full speed, but I run it at 75%, still quieter than the stock fan. Offers much more cooling than stock with my modified configuration, so some tuning is needed for print cooling.

Poor Value
I purchased these knowing they would be loud and that they were not going to be a high quality fan. What I was expecting was a fan with 'value' (price to performance). Sadly I am getting bad hub noise after a month of very light use on a 3D printer. This short lifespan does not represent value so I can only recommend these to people looking for a single use disposable fan.

Check extenders!
As other reviewers have mentioned, check the extension cables as they might be flipped. Strangely, only one of mine was flipped. Otherwise both fans are working, pushing a lot of air and not too loud. Will update if they break, but otherwise it's a good deal!-1 star for having flipped connectors.

Can be good, EXCEPT ships in basically "defective" condition
I thought I'd be lucky and not get fans with flipped polarity, like other reviews have said. Nope.Went through all the work, snaking the wire through the existing mesh Ender 3 V2, getting it into the main board, and finally installing onto my recently printed duct:Dead. No response, no fan.Luckily, I'm not stranger to electronics. If you're reading this, then as someone in 3d printing, I sure hope you are too. Just flip the red/black wires on the wire, and you're good to go.Now that the bad is out of the way,in terms of fan performance, it's an upgrade from what I have. Yes, you will get stronger cooling. But that is to be expected for this type of fan--so can't really earn points in that area. What IS good is that this comes with a long extension cable (you may not be able to install a fan in your printer without one). At its price and performance, plus the extension cord, it's an excellent value. But it's "defective" until you fix it. Be ready to do so.Attached a photo of my installation (duct is a FANG remix on thingiverse). The stock ender 3 V2 fan is not very good--struggling to do anything beyond 40-50 degree overhangs, and cooling from only one side. The duct+ this fan can now do 70-75 degree overhangs on PLA cleanly, depending on speed.
