Surprisingly fun albeit disposable
My 13-year-old daughter is not into games, but we convinced her to play this with us one night after dinner. There are three “paths” and it took us exactly 90 minutes to navigate all three as a team of three. We found it challenging and clever enough without feeling impossible. The next morning my husband was still remarking that it was surprisingly fun. But you do basically throw the whole game away when you’re done, which feels wasteful. I think it’s impossible to even give this away after you’re done with it.

Perfect for 4 people
So much fun. 4 people is perfect. The puzzles all make sense and are just fun. Anyone who loves eacape rooms will love this fun box.

Excellent!
Took eight bright 11 year olds 90 minutes to solve - helped that there's an answer book and a hint book so we could oversee helpfully. Some really clever ideas and easily competes with an actual escape room but for a fraction of the price. You may think you're missing a clue, but it's because you've not read the instructions which came with the box really carefully

We loved this!
Played with 6 adults, missed the 90 minute deadline by about 30 seconds, but still had SO much fun. We've done a bunch of actual escape rooms in the past and have always enjoyed the challenge of the puzzles. We thought this game did a great job of creating puzzles that made us think, without being completely impossible. Also loved how they made such good use of all items included in the game. Very creative and well thought out. Totally worth the money for this game. We're waiting for it to be back in stock (with prime) and plan to buy a few for gifts. Definitely recommend. And also think the more the merrier with this one as there are so many different puzzles included. Definitely important to have 6-8 people and to divide and conquer! :)
