Q: The top clip to the retractable baby gate has snapped in half

First the bottom, in my case -- and after a 'hack-y' fix that lasted another week -- now the top has broken. Doesn't look like a replaceable part -- I've spent a lot of time thinking on how I could "add some hardware" to simulate the missing clips. A shame - because I liked the gate, in concept. Definitely wasn't up to the abuses of regular use and an enthusiastic puppy.

Q: Can i return this product.? My dog ripped it open on the first day

I am sure you can, but i am not positive. Amazon has a pretty good return policy. Contact the seller

Q: Can I order just the mounts? Ours broke.

I wish I could help you and that I knew the answer but I’m sure you could contact the manufacturer and inquire I would think that they would sell them separately sorry I couldn’t be any help
