Will the quality depreciate over time and is there a warranty on this topper?

We have tested our products over a 10 year cycle and don't see any significant degradation of the product. Our Serta toppers don't have a specific warranty, but we have partnered with Amazon to replace the product or refund your purchase if you are not happy with the performance.

Why is this $100 but the same model at kohls $400?

I just got the one sold at Kohls after returning this one. On sale from $400 for $174 online. This isn’t the same product. The Khols mattress topper is much heavier, comes with a cover and the packaging was much better.

i sleep cold, will this keep me warm?

Actually, just received ours 2 days ago. I slept on it last night. It was very comfortable and my back never felt better but it was HOT! I sleep cold too.
