This is incredible. I thought insomnia would just be a part of my life. I was so distrought over not sleeping well for days. i ordered this assuming it wouldn't work. I took 1 pill before bed. I slept 8 hours. it's been 2 weeks. Most nights I sleep thought the night; I feel calmer in general and just more at peace. (note: bottle says take 2/day but I only have taken 1)

Excelente producto, había probado otros tipos de magnesio pero este sin duda es el que me ha funcionado mejor, comencé a ver mejoras desde la primera semana, actualmente llevo mas de un mes y medio tomándolo y sin duda me siento mas en balance y calma durante el día, también me ha ayudado a dormir mejor, si quiero comentar que no creo que sea tan útil cuando uno se encuentra en un estado de ansiedad o estrés mas elevado o crónico, en mi caso ya tenía varios meses trabajando en mi ansiedad a través de cambios en el estilo de vida, meditación, etc... y siento que este producto me ha ayudado a cerrar ese último escalón que me hacia falta para sentirme mas estable en el día a día de forma constante

Nos ha caído muy bien, si he sentido que no estoy tan tensa y creo que me ha mejorado el humor. Pero no quita el estrés ni nada del todo, pero si se siente un buena cambio. Sobre todo, lo sentí en el humor.
