I'm a guy who has been getting into skin care. While my face looks a hundred times better I cannot get over the fact that no matter the moisturizer I use it leaves behind a "shiny" "glassy" look to it. While this look can be desirable by women I think it just makes a guy look dirty/greasy. This product works as intended and I will be buying another tube once this one runs out. I apply it as my last layer ontop of a serum/moisturizer+sunscreen. It does its job very well and depending on the weather will work all day. On especially sweaty and hot days it will work about 4-5 hours. Which is still really good and at that point everyone around you also has a greasy sweat covered face haha. Great product and highly recommend it for a finished matte look. I'll also add that it seems to smooth out the skin, but this could simply be because the face is less shiny which its the shine that really highlights rough high/low spots in your complexion.

This product is very light weight east to transport. The texture is thick but not sticky or tacky. It lasts long and give a seamless finish. Works very well and totally worth the money

This is my first time trying spray makeup primer and I'm impressed. It feels a lot lighter than like creamy primer. It's beyond matter. Makeup stays set all day. Good value

This was my first time trying a setting spray in a "real" environment (outside the air conditioned home). It was just okay. It smells very nice, almost like a light cucumber melon of some sort. It didn't irritate my face or make my make up run. I used it before and after spending 3 hrs in 90 degree weather with eye make up and face concealer on. I was also wearing an oil control, mattifying primer.This spray felt refreshing. I can't say it helped my make up set any better than it normally would. And although it "felt" refreshing, I didn't see a huge difference.For reference, I wore the mattifying primer, a water proof concealer (lightly spread all over and then on target areas), waterproof liquid liner, powder eyeshadow, and a light touch of bronzer. These were all my go-to, tried-and-true beauty products. I gently blotted sweat from my face with a paper towel before applying this spray. The only credit I can give this product is that it helped my concealer not look creased under my eyes. And it just felt great in the heat, especially with the cucumber scent. I used it again about 3 hrs later, in the same way. By the time I was leaving the outdoor event, I needed to used blotting papers to keep my oily skin under control and to keep my make up looking as fresh as possible. I only had to touch up my concealer once in certain areas.My daughter tried this product, too. She wore heavier makeup that day. I must warn: Hold the bottle a good distance from the face when spraying. She did not, and it made some of her make up run. Other than smelling nice, she said she didn't notice much of a difference throughout the evening. (She only used the setting spray once before we left the house.)I'll give it another shot today at work, under less extreme conditions. (i.e., temperature controlled buildings, short drives thru the midwest summer heat, etc.) If I have better or worse results, I'll update this review.For now, I can't say it's worth recommending. I've worn the same makeup under worse conditions, and the mattifying primer and blotting papers (or even just light dabs with a damp paper towel) usually kept my face looking as natural as possible (no excess shine or feeling like I had product sliding off due to my combination pily skin). It's hard to attribute much to this setting spray. I can at least say it did not make anything worse, which is more than I can say about some other brands' setting sprays.

Long lasting, smooth, no skin irratations, keeps my makeup on for lengthy hours and doesn't irritate my skin. Washes off easy. Keeps shine under control even in this hot humid Texas heat.

Loved this primer! Cannot believe I never knew it existed. Cannot get anymore matte. I paired it with Catrice foundation and MAC studio fix powder and sprayed the Urban Decay All Nighter and so far so good. My nose still looks intact.
