WORKS GREAT
Have had problems with water leaking out of the tank, so I replaced the washer and it holds it's water greatly with no more leakage.

Works properly and solves "Ghost Flush" problem
We hadn't noticed our toilet was flushing itself. Until the increased water bill was a surprise. Ordered to solve the problem based on doing a bit of reading online about the possible causes of ghost flushes in dual flush toilets. Ordered two so we've got one handy for the next time it's needed. Installation is simple. You'll find the seal on the bottom of the flush valve "tower" inside the toilet tank. No tools are necessary to repair.

Installed easily. Works like it should. A more than little pricey , considering the last one I purchased about 7-8 years ago was only $3.95 Canadian. It was also a original American Standard part.
