These were better in person than I expected. They came rolled, as I guessed they would. They straightened out after I put them under a picture for one day. The great way they emphasize certain words holds my eye gaze/focus while I’m doing sets. I’ve had a great two weeks of good workouts too.

Right in front of my face the minute I sit up in bed. They have amazing print quality, even without my glasses on I can read them.They're not too big and not too little so they're not obnoxious but they're not teeny tiny pointless.The only reason I took off one star is the amount of black on my hand after I smoothed out the posters against the tape on the wall. I think they were just dusty/dirty. I looked over the posters and didn't see any smudges of black coming off so I think it's good.

Just slapped these up on the walls of my home gym to keep my wife and I motivated. They’re perfect and made of good quality with a slick coated finish that will endure time. I didn’t see a need to frame these.

This is perfect in my gym! I have them posted on my wall. So when I run on my tread mill or need that extra push on my total gym, I read them. I work out alone so I was looking for that extra voice of encouragement. It works!!

It would be nice if they came with frames for that price. Paper not thick kinda cheap
