I tried it once but It doesn't spray steam as expected or advertised, never used it againI thought I can use it to disinfect the surfaces

It is a heavy item but it does its job, the cable is long, it comes with many end hose parts, the water container is small, but it doesn't take much time to generate the stream, good for sanitizing and cleaning.

Heavy to hold, cleans well but frustrating as steam doesn't last long and have to keep refillng, very hard to undo the cap and whilst opening you have to be careful you don't get burnt with steam!

really difficult to use due to the button. its hard to hold down when you have the cleaner tipping forward due to the design. would have been much better if the trigger was on the inside of the handle. the cleaner itself its not powerful enough to do any more than lightly clean with a little steam. invest in something better because this isn't worth your money

Haven't used it much but a great little steam cleaner, I'm really impressed with the results.Easy to use and perfect for cleaning small objects which I need it for.

I purchased this item to clean my shower and cooker, it did absolutely nothing, I ended up going back to my cleaning products, the attachments did nothing either and the little green brush almost melted, I would not recomend this item.

As the owner of a decent polti steam cleaner which is way too big to carry around for the smaller jobs I wanted a steam gun that could sanitise my kitchen regularly without all the overkill that setting up my polti involves. This bissell seemed to be just the job. On the plus side it does the job well. But be aware that its tank is fairly small which means you will be filling it fairly regularly if you want to do anything more than simply sanitising work surfaces.My main problem with this steam gun is that the trigger mechanism is placed above the handle making it unsuitable for anybody with arthritis in their hands. Even if you do not have arthritis in your hands you can expect this cleaner to make your thumb and hand ache within very little time. I would have liked to have seen the trigger mechanism on the inside of the handle for better ergonomic design but alas Bissell for reasons known only to themselves decided against this course of action. Unfortunately as I search again this design problem is a common theme amongst all of the hand held steam guns. Only the electrolux seems to have thought through their design for ergonomic use.Anyway, 4 stars out of 5. I deducted one star for the design flaw. Just be aware if you decide to buy that this could be a problem for you too and avoid anything other than the smallest of jobs with it.
