Is there any problem using the 8 cup size to make 200 ml of coffee the most times?

I have been using mine to make 1 cup (236 ml) of coffee almost daily for over a year and have had no problem.

i've looked at both the 1000mL and the 600mL one. looking at the size of both, it seems to be bigger the 600mL one, which make no sense. Real size??

I don't know the real size. But get the larger one! When it states cups, they are referring to demitasse sized cups! So get the largest size offered!
