The gas from Adam capsules is about 3 times less, so this is not working for people with gas response to palmetto, which is, per many papers, ultra common, maybe half the people. So keep that in mind and that microbes from gelatin can wreck your microbiome and produce 10 times more trimethylamine oxide, or TMAO, which is some toxic byproduct of some microbes from animal foods only, in the process of digesting choline, carnitine, etc in foods. This toxic TMAO causes atherosclerosis and early death and you eating animal gelatin can increase the chance of that. NOW is a war-supporting company, since animal slaughter is causing war and bad vibes. Try a company 100% committed to vegan softgels. :) World Peace now, please. :) I guess this can only be used ultra rarely and only with huge meals, to diminish gas, so only buy a tiny bottle that will last 2 years if used weekly. Palmetto benefits may be all hype, versus other foods anyway, so why eat palmetto and stink like a sewage treatment plant? :)NOW Foods makes great vitamins, but the packaging allows too much light in and it's not yet all vegan.Please note that palmetto needs to be avoided before ocular procedures, due to its effect on iris. Google it.Also, NOW Foods needs to make all their white bottles opaque by an aluminum-like paper wrap that blocks all light to prevent oxidation of tablets, capsules, etc. They choose white since it's cheap, but if no paper, they would just use some dark blue or dark purple bottle to block light and keep light-induced chemical degradation to a minimum.At home I have some bottles i covered in aluminum tape and clear tape on top, so each time I get a vitamin, I transfer into those 10 bottles for different nutrients: choline, Hyaluronic, vitamin E, zinc, CoQ10, multivitamin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, etc Until NOW does that you can copy my method. :) Thx. The vitamin is a very nice formulation. Unfortunately, one capsule burst, leaving the contents of the bottle covered with slippery orange stuff. I have not opened the second bottle yet.

I bought 2 bottles back in February for the 5th time. I opened them to use today and both bottles have ingredients of the capsules that has leaked out. What's going on here? I would return but that window has closed.

Ordered Now Adam 2 pack and received Now Graviola 2 pack. Went to hit return/replace and boom, says not returnable. Had to call in to customer service to get it sorted. Make sure you double check what you get. As for the vitamins themselves, they are top notch most the time. Once in a while I get a bottle that looks like one of the capsules exploded inside as everything is coated in a residue. Never find any broken caps though. Price for ingredient quality though, these are a good deal.

I have always liked NOW supplements and think they are very good quality. My husband and sons have all taken NOW Adam multivitamins previously and were happy with them, but these capsules in this order seem to be leaking as the capsules, as well as the inside of the bottle are covered in a yellow substance.
