My dog got the ball open in under 1 min. He is a small, Boston Terrier. He chewed up the inside and now it’s unusable. If you have a smart dog, you must use the tennis ball cover or you will have wasted $25 in under 60 seconds.

How do you open it to charge it? Can’t get the thing to open

It's difficult to open but the 2 end do twist apart, keep trying, it will eventually come apart. Good luck!
