Not a good experience
Ordered a coat. Was not up to standard. Agreed to return. Told to keep it and would give 10 per cent refund. Asked countless times for money back as returning was expensive. Said they would send another coat. Never did. Still haven't had a refund. Terrible company, do not deal with them.

Coat was awful and can’t send it back did try and it was sent back to me
Coat was badly fitting tried to send back it then it . Came back to me Royal Mail said no address to deliver

Item not fit for purpose
I liked the coat but the sizing is shocking …. I ordered XL .. and I couldn’t do it up .. I couldn’t return so I kept it with money off which is not acceptable but felt it was the only option I had .. was not pleased at all ……..
