Got Yam fries crispy, love it.
I was surprise this Mesh crisper is as big as it is for the price. (7.94)I peeled and cut up Two large raw Yams to make healthy fries. There was room to spare on this, I could have made more.I think I had my oven on 400 degrees. The yams got soft but crispy.The corner's are sown together, but this is not real deep. It does get hot , so use pot holders.Glad I bought this Mesh crisper..

Coating peels
I used it 4 times the basket still hanging in there. The tray started peeling, it has a very thin coating. The coating is thinner than your cheapest aluminum foil it like nail polish.

Corner was broken when I got it. Mesh is a little too large. but it works OK

Works as advertised.
The product works as advertised. I use mine in a Breville Toaster over. My only problem is that the the cardboard product description seen in their advertising photo is stapled to the edge of the product. I ripped the package open and tore one edge of this mesh tray.Nevertheless, it worked perfectly in oven frying crispy frozen onion rings.

Nice find
We will never deep fry again. It's a simple product but it serves it purpose, has allowed us to eat healthier without the grease, and get used 2-3 times a week. Highly recommended.
