Cuts but has big design flaw
This scissors has some design flaw. The hinge is covered by a circle steel housing that retains the water/liquid. So, even if you clean and dry the blades well, the residual water/liquid/oil in the housing will still be there. It will rust and function as a hub to grow bacteria to cause contamination.
