Design Toscano NE867158 Madame Escargot, Enormous Garden Snail Statue, Multicolored

It is a Christmas gift but I would love to keep it for myself. It is so cute.

I ordered this snail for myself to put in my large garden above my house. It IS BIG and I'll be able to see it easily on the slope above our home. I like it and its seems well made.

This is a review for the Design Toscano Monsieur Escargot Enormous Garden Snail Statue.We have a lot of Toscano garden statues and we love them all. This new one is no exception.Toscano has both realistic and whimsical designs - this one most certainly falls under whimsical. The statue is very large and so brightly colored, you can spot it from a distance.We’ve had some of our Toscano statues for years and they still look good as new. Note that we live in a moderate climate and don’t get snow or a whole lot of rain.Included is a picture of the statue with my dog Vinnie - he is 11 pounds and decided that the snail is his new best friend. This hopefully will give you an idea of its size and how it looks.

I ordered this snail in the male version, Monsieur. It's so adorable! It weighs about 10 or 11 lbs, so that is heavy enough to not blow over in the wind, and it is large enough to easily see from the street. The painting is very well done. Since it's too cold here now to do yard work, I have the statue sitting on the edge of my front porch. My young daughter jokingly calls him the Sentry Snail. When the weather warms up, I'll probably put it in a small rock garden since it's weather resistant.

I LOVE THIS!She sits on my front porch next to my frog welcome sign!As cute as it looks in the picture.... it does NOT do it justice! She looks so much better in person.She is weather resistant but I wanted to keep her on our covered porch to ensure longevity and the beauty of the piece~

This is super true to the photo, with eyeballs that glisten more like marbles. It's big. It's silly. It's lightweight and movable. Great item,very whimsy for my french garden,certainly makes my neighbours smile.Well made,bright colours,with the addition of a very solid metal bracket to secure it if necessary. Packing was amazingly solid,no hesitation in buying Monsieur Escargot too!

als leidenschaftlicher Sammler von solchen Gartenfiguren, durfte das Schneckchen nicht fehlen. Das Schneckchen ist sehr gross, fast 50cm und die Verarbeitung ist einfach erstklassig und frostsicher ist das Tierchen auch. Die Farbenpracht ist immens und jeder mag diese Figur. Die Verpackung ist wie immer bei Design Toscano vorbildlich, das könnten andere Hersteller auch mal so machen, dann gäbe es viel weniger Retouren. Habe mal ein paar kleine Fotos eingefügt, viel Spass.
