Can any other Nissan cars use this oil? Example 2015 model year?

Your owners manual will indicate if this Nissan Ester Engine Oil is the recommended oil to use. My 2018 Nissan Frontier owners manual recommends using Nissan Ester Engine Oil 5W30 in thier VQ40DE and QR25DE engines. I have replaced the unknown factory-fill with this Nissan Ester Oil and noticed a small idle RPMs reduction; I suspect that the oil's friction reducing additives are at work here. This oil is API service certified "SN" and I use it with confidence in my pickup because it is the recommended oil to use...per Nissan. I have read many opinions pro, con and neutral about this oil...but what sold me was Nissan's recommendation language. It's up to the owner.

The ester oil is a great oil that I use in an aftermarket-modified 370. According to the 2015 XTERRA Owners Manual, "NISSAN recommends Genuine NISSAN Ester Oil available at a NISSAN dealer" or an API certified SAE 5W-30.
