When I bought the multi-gym I wanted to expand my home gym by buying an exercise bike.The build on this is easy and when it's built you'll be blown away, the frame is sturdy and the quality of the material used looks and feels like it's going to last me a good while.On the front you have 6 different buttons, recovery, mode, enter, +, start/stop, -. These option work great but it did get a little used to over time if you've never used something like this before, I was shocked how smooth the motion in the cycling is, it doesn't feel rugged at all.As like most cross walkers it has a chair adjustment so you can put it to your desired height which is really important if you're looking to work the correct muscles.Overall I'm happy with this purchase as it goes into my gym perfect.
