No plastic end covers, but work fine
These work fine on a set of 8" plates I found while thrifting. The sizing is consistent. They do NOT have plastic covers for the ends, which I would prefer. They also arrive all tangled together in a plastic bag. I'm not sure what the weird hangars because I'm just going to kick it old school & put nails in the wall.
