Before first dose I used a test strip and measured 15 ('small'), 2 hours later I measured 40 (probably 40+, the strip was darker than 40 but not enough to be 80). Can't argue with those results. I have tried several of these “get into Keto quick” things, but none have worked as well as this one. Only taken for a few days but seems to really help with appetite control. Does make me a little jittery though, but not enough that I won’t continue to try it.
