Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Oil - 8 oz

Great stuff

I have tried to take malic acid and magnesium for my fibromyalgia for many years but always had trouble with stomach upset. The magnesium oil is wonderful because it is applied to the skin and does not upset my stomach. This product (along with the Heavenly acupressure mat) has allowed me to discontinue NSAID use for the first time in 18 years. It does sting and itch when applied directly to sensitive skin so I spray it onto my palm and rub it onto my legs, arms, shoulders and lower back each morning. After 20 minutes, I take a quick shower and then put on Burt's Bee Radiance Skin Lotion and I have no problem with dry and itchy skin during the day. It's also great applied to the soles of the feet. I've had a marked improvement in pain reduction within a few short weeks and even on the coldest wet days, my FM symptoms are mild. I highly recommend the product. If you suffer from muscle pain, it's a small price to pay to try it.

If you have migraines get this and spray 4 x under both arches of your feet. They are correlating low magnesium with migraines. It works! I hardly use my migraine meds anymore and if I do its because I haven't been using spray!❤️

This product was purchased to help ease night time leg cramps. It is very effective and works fairly quickly. That said, I don't care for the way it feels on my skin. It has a gritty, oily feel and sometimes burns or becomes itchy. Still, it works so efficiently that I hesitate discontinuing. I plan to try the magnesium oil from this same brand to see which I like better. In the meantime, I keep this at my bedside and am grateful for the relief it provides.

I get terrible leg cramps at night and this works wonders. No more drinking nasty vinegar shots! I spray a few squirts and within 45-60 seconds it’s gone. It does burn a tad but well worth it. If you have experienced bad leg Cramps anything is better then that.

Spray works great! Couldn't find it in stores, works great for my restless legs. I can finally sleep

Has helped with sleep, we put on the bottom of feet then socks, it will get on bedding if you don’t. My husband has plantar fasciitis and he has noticed a big difference in morning foot pain

足が攣ったときに、スプレーして手で伸ばすと治って行きます。知人に聞いて購入しました。ただ容量が多いので、もう少し小さくて持ち運びできるサイズが欲しいです。
