Great buy
Actually I had my doubts about this one and I also ordered the vitamin C liquid at the same time. Along with the other facial products I use this actually made a difference. I am 76 and everyone does a second look when I tell them my age. I actually see the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth getting less obvious. I follow the instructions and I use it twice a day if I can but at least once a day. Received mine without English instructions but the vendor immediately sent instructions to me in English via email. Easy to use and really works like most of the good reviews way it will.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This might help relieve sinus pressure slightly, but it does nothing for tinnitus.

Toy?
The machine works. Whether it can reduce or eliminate sounds contributed to tinnitus, remains to be seen. Probably better used as an adult toy. That was my first impression after removing it from it's packaging.

Update. Update. Update
This is an update. My last review was written too soon after purchase. Since then I have continued to use the massager to relieve ringing in the ears. I'm glad I stuck with it because the awful annoying buzzing I hear is almost a thing of the past. My left ear has cleared up completely,and the right ear is not far behind. This well made device is the only thing that has worked in 10 years!

I do love this wand
I do love this wand, but I wonder if a part of it is non-functional. There are two areas to press; one with arows pointed downward and the other with the arrows pointed upward. The one with arrows pointed upward does not respond. Is there something I am doing wrong or should I return this wand for a replacement?

Need to buy a second one
I bought this for my tinnitus, but everyone in the family is using on there aliments I haven't had a chance to try it myself.
