Is this not a little misleading, front of the bottle states 1330 mg and then reading the back only 125 mg per capsule?Formula also includes mag/oxide.

This formula delivers 250mg of elemental Magnesium per "serving"/ That is more than most other formulations. The amount of elemental Magnesium in a 1330mg serving with only the glycinate form would only deliver just 188mg Mag, or 14.1% of 1330mg. A little bit of the added oxide form mixed in the formula increases delivery of elemental Mag to the desirable 250mg per serving. It's chemistry. Magnesium is not in any dietary supplements by itself. It can only be delivered in a compound with something else. Chelated forms, like this one with mostly the amino acid glycine, are broken down easier during digestion, releasing the Mg sooner so there is a better chance for it to pass into the blood stream before it reaches the large bowel where it would otherwise cause loose stool by drawing in water.

How much magnesium oxide is in these? i wanted magnesium glycinate not oxide....
