I use this once in a while and as I usually have very short hair I can get at least four goes from a pack.When you first rinse it out it can look like nothing happened but some further developing effect occurs over the next several hours.You can see some colour remaining for up to about two months.The slightest splash overlooked on bathroom surfaces can be difficult to remove after a few hours.Also beware you don't leave some on your ears or whatever but just being careful to rinse off thoroughly after the set time - about five minutes - seems to be OK no need to use an kind of barrier where you don't want it.They would have you test for adverse reaction before every use, this seems an OTT reaction to being sued in the past but you really should test the first time then perhaps just monitor any change in reaction in following uses.It is quite a strong chemical and you are 'aware' of it on your scalp for a day or two after even after washing out

- It makes all your hair go darker. Your white hair will get some colour (but still be lighter) and the rest of your hair will be darker, regardless of the shade you go for- It does make your hair somewhat ticker, which is nice- It is permanent if you use it properly- The colour is not at all what you see in the packaging and all shades I tried will give your hair a reddish tone that doesn't look very natural or good in my opinionI wouldn't recommend it if you only have few white hair as you will overall look worse than before but it may be a good option if you have lots and you hate them.

Purchased before sadly made hair too dark therefore decided try this product for a more lighter brown didn’t leave the product on maybe long enough as it’s a trial and error thing when trying new products when using again will leave on slightly longer,I’m at that age when grey highlights start showing 😉 this product certainly helps cover if not slightly lesser brown than normal hair color purchased 3 boxes ..... product clearly works ‘ arrived quickly and easy to use - suppose the longer you leave on the darker the effect will be - left this in the first time 4 minutes and covered well just slightly less brown than original

I have given this 5 stars as there is no better option out there. I have used this product now for 15 years and I highly recommend it. I have tried all other options out there but the just for men shampoo in product is the best if you want to kill off the greys. The best results hold for 2-3 weeks but I usually re-do it every 4-6 weeks. I have light to medium brown hair and find that using the light brown gets it just right. On the temples and roots where I am the greyest I apply it and make sure it is completely covered, leaving it for anything between 5-10 minutes. After that I apply the rest of the product over the whole head, lather it in and leave for another 5-7 minutes. I do this to get the shade I am first of all and to defeat the greys in the stubborn temple area and this method is 99.9% effective which is the best you can hope for unless you pay through the nose to get it done professionally.As I said I have been using this product for 15 years and it has never let me down.

Relatively easy to apply. I tend to apply to sides first as they're a bit stubborn to take the colour then the back then the top. Definitely don't leave on more than the recommended time otherwise it could go literally jet black. If anything you may need to remove it before the full process time. Avoid shampoos with Sodium Laurel Sulphate as these will strip the colour prematurely.
