I have been taking this for 3 months and it helps with joint pain, muscle pain, and allergies and autoimmune disease!. I have always had severe allergies and as soon as my symptoms start I take some tumeric and honestly it subsides. Studies show that Tumeric taken at certain doses actually keep Crohns and UC patients in remission. Studies have not yet shown it to take a patient who is in an immediate flare and calm the symptoms; however, those who are not in a current flare, when taking tumeric have remained in remission without synthetic drugs. Worth trying, and reading about! I have seen so many positive changes in my health since supplementing with tumeric...And I love this brand. I have tried nearly everything from diets to injections for IBD, and after taking this, I feel like it has helped tremendously.

I have been using another brand of Turmeric for years with great success. I saw this product on Amazon and it was cheaper so I thought I would try it. Unfortunately the joint pain returned. I am back to the original product from a company called the Turmeric Store

Of all the Tumeric supplements, this is excellent. I am a healthy person, in my late 50's, I eat well and use Yoga and daily walking to keep myself in good health - digestion, water retention, and overall well balanced fitness. I spent 6 weeks traveling without my usual exercise regime, and I credit this product with keeping me feeling great. The last few times I have taken a long flight prior to this trip, I experienced ankle swelling - I did not experience this problem on a 9 hour flight, after taking Tumeric complex for a solid 6 weeks. Seemingly very high quality product - I will reorder from this company again. I would also recommend 'ProVita Labs' Ultra Pure 30x concentrated Tumeric. I mix Elite choice brand with the ProVita to get a well rounded benefit from the whole herb. Turmeric is a miracle herbal supplement!!!!!!

Could not stomach these pills. I had to give them away.
