Amazing Rich Flavors!
I bought this for my husband. He loves the rich wild raspberry flavor of this syrup in his tea! Came back and bought him another bottle and the peach too which he also was very pleased with. You only need 1/2 oz in the tea to enjoy the great flavors of these syrups but they are not thick syrups. We would like to see these on a subscription option.

"more" raspberry than standard?
This was an interesting choice. I had previously had "regular" raspberry from monin and it worked well for italian cream sodas and as an ice cream topping. When I saw this pop up, I thought it might be good to try. I don't know how they managed to do it, but they got more raspberry flavor in this than normal. It's not more concentrated, but tastes more raspberry-ish. So if it's more, why is it only 4 stars? Well, it seems to overdo it. One of the reasons I think a traditional raspberry italian cream soda hits so well is the balance of flavors. This seems to just tip that off. Not sure why that is, but I will be replacing this with the stock raspberry flavor once this one runs out.

Very nice flavor but it curdles up when added to a hot drink
I love the flavor of the syrup!! The syrup is perfect in a hot raspberry mocha or a cold raspberry late. My only reason for 3 stars is when added to warm milk it curdles up and is lumpy. You can fix the issue by adding a little water to the syrup first, but even then you will still find a lump. It is so good though when you get it right.

Contains Potassium Sorbate
Wish the photo included a label, this contains potassium sorbate (and artificial flavors). Useless for my purpose and unable to return.
