Best plate I've ever used ๐ค
Works amazing. I do wish it was a few milimeters wider on each side, but it functions amazingly. The smooth side with no glue has great adhesion and leaves mirror quality finish. Plus it's pei on both sides with textured and smooth. Definitely recommend over any others.

Amazing bed.
I was using the bed that came with my ender 3 v2 and thought it was pretty good. Well I was having trouble with abs adhesion so I decided to level the the bed closer to the nozzle. Big mistake. It adhered to the texture of the bed to the point I couldn't get it off. So I decided that I would use acetone to clean the bed. This was the nail in the coffin. It delaminate the top layer of the original bed. So I started looking through Amazon for a new bed. This one had great reviews so I decided to try it. Man printing has never been easier. My old bed had to be leveled every few prints. This one hasn't had to be leveled since I first installed it and have 20+ prints including one 25 hour print and counting. Abs does well and pla/ tpu is a breeze. No issues with adhesion and once the bed cools, the parts can almost be blown off. The only issue is that if you have a power outage and the bed cools, you will have to restart the print. Best settings for pla for me are 60ยฐC bed temp and 210ยฐC nozzle temp and you can run 90 mm/s. If you don't want strings (I usually just run a lighter over the print to remove so nbd for me but.. ) I recommend 70 mm/s or slower. I have an ender 3 v2 so keep that in mind for those settings. But for sure worth a buy haven't had the chance to use the flat side. 100% worth the money.

Great build plate & strong magnet
So Iโm building a Ender3 V2 Max Neo from โfor parts onlyโ kits from another place, might be the E. Bay place. The last bit was to get a build plate as none of the boxes had the factory glass. Iโve got PEI plates on all my other printers, so this was a no brainer. The magnet was thick and strong, the plate snaps down with a pretty good force. It did not have a โ3Mโ marking on the paper as the other ones Iโve bought have had, those were the 235x235 size though. The plate is nicely textured, smoother than another Iโve bought, but the stiction is just as good. Parts stick and pop off with a slight lift. It works great. Only thing Iโd change is the companyโs logo is on both sides of the plate, not a deal breaker. Also, the photo with the plate hanging on by the edge, Iโm not supporting it at all, added a photo to prove it.

Perfect PEI surface for the price point
This was a game changer for me. PLA prints wuld have perfect first layer adhesion then pop right off once done and cooled. For the price it is at, it is amazing. However I did just purchase this about 2 1/2 months ago and while I have been printing fairly regularly, I just started to notice the PEI coating beginning to peel up where the first layers would often be. So I lost my print adhesion in this area. I have flipped it over and am using the glossy side with a bit of glue stick - but I will have to order another one. If the new one goes anywhere near as quickly, I will have to bite the bullet and buy an actual powder coated one, not just one with a thin layer of the textured material stuck on top like this one is. Again, for the price it is great. If you do not feel like dropping $100 right away this is a great option.

Nice upgrade for the Tronxy X5SA 400
Using this on my new Tronxy X5SA 400. Got this as my first upgrade to replace my glass bed which was giving me inconsistent failures with PLA and PETG. Every print has stuck since getting this bed so now I can print the rest of the mods for the printer. Pros: - Great adhesion with PLA @ 60C and PETG @ 80C without adhesives - Parts come off the bed once cooled without much effort - Magnet is very strong and was easy to cut holes in with cordless so I can access the screws for the heated bed - The texture is very fine and if you get a bit of squish on the first layer it creates a shiny surface - I only plan on using the textured side so I'm glad both sides are textured for extra use - I haven't used the bed leveler for mesh leveling yet but seems to be fairly flat even at 80C as I print multiple smaller parts all around the bed and everything sticks (I was worried about the thin aluminum bed warping but seems to be a non-issue) Cons: - Some of the finer lines of PETG that started brims are proving difficult to take off without metal tools which will probably damage the finish (i.e. the smeary starts during priming that aren't a full layer) Overall I'm glad I got this bed instead of the Fulament brand which is more than twice as much and doesn't have the texture on both sides.

This thing is fantaStic(K)
This arrived quickly, well packaged, and in good condition; Included in the package was a free nozzle - a nice little suprise! I've read a lot about PEI build surfaces in the 3D Printer online Groups of which I'm a member so I decided to make the leap. This build surface is 0.5mm thin. I took it out of the box, washed it with hot soapy water, rinsed, air-dried, and put it on the printer. My printer (Creality Ender 3 Pro) has a magnetic sub-surface from the factory so I did not have to install the one that came with this HICTOP PEI build plate. Because it's this is thinner than my previous surface, it required me to re-level the bed. The print side is the textured side which has a surface similar to about a 120-grit sandpaper. The underside (the side with the HICTOP logo) did have a few disolored spots (see picture) but since this side goes down, these do not adversely impact plate performance. Speaking of adhesion - it's phenominal!!! Tall, thin objects and tiny objects with only a little build plate contact is where adhesion is critical and this bed handled them flawlessly. To give you an idea of its adhesion, I ALWAYS peel off the purge line at the start of a print; not on this surface though - while the bed is heated to 60C, the purge line is stuck there so well I can't peel it off! Same goes for the printed part - it does not move when the bed is at temp. I saw zero elephant foot, zero warping/lifting, everything I've printed stayed flat to the surface and stuck there like it was nailed. But, like magic, when the bed cools to room temp, you just pick the part up like someone just walked by and placed it there; no popping or velcro-sound, no prying or pushing, just pick it up. It really is awesome. The platform provides your print with a bottom-layer surface comparable to the flexible magnetic beds. This thing is fantastic and it will be my only build plate going forward. Highly recommend! Only con is that there feels like a very slight burr on the edge so use some caution when handling.

Adhesion issues are a thing of the past!
No more glass with glue and mixed results for me! I removed the glass bed and wiped the bed mounting surface below it with alcohol. I let it dry and then carefully stuck the self-adhesive magnet to the bed. I put the textured metal sheet in place and then gave that surface a quick alcohol wipe-down. I give the bed a quick wipe-down between every few prints. I have printed several spools of PLA with nozzle temp of 205ยฐ and a bed temp of 60ยฐ, with zero adhesion issues. When the print is complete, I lift to sheet off the printer. A little bend of the sheet has the printed parts making little releasing sounds, and they come right off clean as a whistle. I had adhesion issues with parts releasing part way through the print and such prior to installing this and they are a thing of the past!

Nice plate at a nice price
Fits well, easy to install, only issue Iโve had using it is the logo will come off at some point. Things like TPU and PETG have no issues sticking to this plate.
