Excellent, high-quality tea. Very flavorful and each teabag can be used to make multiple cups of tea without losing much, if any, flavor. Highly recommend for tea loving fans.

I love chai, and this is excellent. Smells great, flavorful. I drank this at night and had no problem going to sleep after, which is nice since black tea can often make chai tastier.I've had other teas from this company, and they've been hit or miss. Some flavors I don't like at all, others are fine. This is one of the better ones, even if I weren't a chai lover. I do think it could be cheaper, so I took off a star, especially when other companies offer more tea bags of delicious organic chai for less.Came well packed with a rubber band around the box holding the individual tea packets.

I’m crazy about the masala tea I get in my local tea and sweets eatery. It’s hard for a teabag tea to compete with that masala made from scratch. But this tea is quite good for a teabag tea. It’s mild, with an emphasis on sweet spices like cinnamon and cardamom. There’s ginger in the blend, but it’s not aggressive. I would like the tea to be more aggressive, maybe with a bit of pepper.Still, this masala has a certain elegance. And Masala chai is supposed to have a lot of health benefits — aids digestion, helps control blood pressure, and reduces inflammation, among other things.There’s enough caffeine to boost energy, but not enough to make you crazy. And I really like that this tea is totally organic — and handcrafted in Los Angeles.

This is a pretty mainstream blend. It makes a perfectly fine cup of tea but nothing remarkable.

It may have some special, high quality taste profile. But to a simple tongue like mine, it was the same as any normal chai tea. I usually just buy normal tea packets from Amazon or the grocery store. It could be a fancy tea gift I suppose…

Great gift package, Tea is delicious, but you're getting 12 "deluxe" Chai tea packets delivered for price you might pay in-store to have a premade luxury tea. Not sure if that adds up, the only two ways it does in my humble opinion is if you're buying this as a gift (great), or if you're a HUGE Chai tea fan and looking for exclusive taste profiles. Otherwise, plenty of other value Chai tea's out there that are indistinguishable from this, especially after honey or anything else gets added.
