I love it has the removable cover for cleaning! My grandchild is ADHD and Autistic, she has sensory issues among other issues. We were having issues in school, I bought this specifically for school. She's only had it and used it for 3 days but so far, it's been great! It is soft, which is important for her sensory issues, and since it's a lap pad, it is easier for transporting and using places a weighted blanket is too much. I was skeptical it would make a difference for her but so far so good!!

I sleep with a weighted blanket most of the time but I got this lap pad to take with me in the car. I get anxiety when I drive and it helps me stay calm when I’m stuck in traffic. It’s only five pounds but surprisingly it work just as good and my bigger blanket. I fold it and lay it across my lap in the car but I use it in the house also. It has a detachable cover and is easy to wash. I like the kinky dot fabric a lot and it’s comfy to cuddle with. I’m 5’4 and 120 pounds but others may need a larger pad.

Absolutely love the design!! It is so hard to find lap pads that aren't just the boring grey or blue. I do wish that it came in a slightly heavier weight, for adults. In the end, I opted for the cuter design over a heavier weighted lap pad. I am a 28, and bought this for myself.
