Regular hot rolled steel with cutting fuild on first use burned up.... NO LONGEVITY!!

I smoked two of these step bits drilling a 3/4 hole in 1/4” mild steel plate. I’m going to ask to return them as the other two are suspect to do the same.

Worst bits ever. Coating gone on contract. Too dull to make first step. Even tried 3 unused bits and none would drill at all. Chinese junk!

Bought it mainly for the center punch, but can always use more step bits. Good value, bonus value !

I really like this set. I am an aircraft mechanic and this is perfect for my sheet metal work. Bits cut aluminum like hot knife in butter.

No me gustó el producto la broca más grande no me sirvió en cuanto la use obviamente lubricando el material a barrenar se quemo el filo y era un tubular zintro calibre 18 como de 1mm de espesor y que esta junto a la grande lo mismo la verdad me siento defraudado y a la vez robado es todo.
